Tibetan Energy Work

I am pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in a unique program that I have perfected over the course of 10 years, making it effective and accessible to everyone. This program is based on the Tibetan Healing Tradition and consists of a set of exercises.

The program incorporates the ancient secrets of Eastern practices and self-improvement methods, allowing you to experience their benefits firsthand.

Within a span of 3 months, you will receive personalized lessons that will transform your body and bring peace to your mind. 

These lessons, conducted twice a week, consist of three main components:

  1. Yoga Sukshma Vyayama.
  2. Kriyas (exercises that cleanse the subtle channels).
  3. Igniting the inner Fire

Yoga Vyayama comprises a sequence of powerful exercises that profoundly impact both the physical and energetic bodies. This includes the internal organs, the entire body, and all layers of the energetic structure, including the energy centers. By directing your attention and breath, you will influence your physical body. 

The techniques of Vyayama are quite simple, with their coordination involving breath and focused attention on different parts of the body being essential.

Yoga Sukshma Vyayama exercises are specifically designed to:
